A mature lead gen site in a good niche generates 3–8 calls per month. At $100–$300 per call that's $300–$2,400 per site per month.

My target is 35 sites. Even at a conservative $300/month average that's $10,500/month in mostly passive income. I show every step of how I'm getting there.
